This is an interesting matter where sadly the Deceased died very shortly after instructing Larcomes and the difficulty was the fact that the late Deceased, while being an English citizen, was a South African resident and had his Will prepared in South Africa to deal with his estate.
He had two sons, both UK citizens who live over here and there was initially some difficulty sorting out to whom instructions should be given. Eventually the problem was sorted out by the instructions coming from the Executors albeit on the basis that the sons would sign all the necessary authorities etc. and deal with the matter very much in respect of their own claim.
This involved some legal research and discussions with both the Executors and also the beneficiaries (i.e. the two sons).
